Hey folk. It's been a while since my last post. The fundraising is going ok.. kind of off to a slow start. I need everyone's help! Please donate!
Anyways, the reason I'm posting is because my friend Nicole just brought this article to my attention, and it's really inspiring. Thanks Nicole!
Check out this CNN article about an inspiring guy who passed away in the French Alps recently. http://www.cnn.com/2009/WORLD/europe/01/12/britain.adventurer/index.html?iref=newssearch
He was an adventurer that completed a 22,000 mile trip with his friend James Hooper from North Pole to South Pole. They did it on skis, cycles, sleds, and sailboats ONLY. The entire trip was man powered and by natural power. Rob Gauntlett was only 21 when he passed away. Go to http://www.180degrees.com/ to read about their trip.
